“In times of great stress or adversity, It’s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive.” (Lee Iacocca) When every I am stressed I have many methods in ways to destress myself. But one of the common methods I use to destress myself is running. In studies running has shown a great way to release stress and when you run it releases endorphins which trigger a positive feeling in the body. Running has been everything to me since freshman, I never realized how much I would need running in the future as a de-stress method.
