One of the most time honored pieces of literature is the tale of Romeo and Juliet written by William Shakespeare. The entire story is based around two young lovers but was it really love that they feel or is it something else? Love is a mystical word because it is a noun that is used to describe itself. Everyone experiences and has felt it so why is it so hard to define if every human knows what it is? There are so many components that all come together to form a different feeling each time.…

In Conclusion, I think that Romeo is a young, inexperienced and impatient but loyal and brave boy. I think that his naivety plays a huge rule in this because love was taken as an extravagant feeling to have when it was not truly happy as the lovers can experience heartbreak and many other obstacles. It seems as if Romeo only more cautious and deliberate, his devastating ending could have been prevented (even though we have not finished the book yet). Amongst friends especially Mercutio, Romeo shows signs of his social and quick witted persona, even with his fond of verbal jousting that is mainly about sex. Lastly, Romeo is like every other male in the world who only unveils their true self to the people who they trust or who understand them.…
The Prince exclaims, "For never was a story more wore than this of Juliet and her Romeo" (5.3.20-21). This quote shows the Prince explaining that if it had not been for the family feud, Romeo and Juliet, could've lived and loved without being so secret and they could've lived forever as a happy…

In William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, Romeo and Juliet face the decision of choosing to follow their heart’s desire rather than obeying society’s rules. Following a heart’s desire is good, because it allows for Romeo and Juliet to not give up on their relationship to stay happy ,and get married.…

Infatuation and love are two vastly different types of affection that most people get confused between. It is likely to occur more so among a boy and a girl when they are young and inexperienced as opposed to when they’re grown and matured. Infatuation can easily be mistaken for love in many cases. In Romeo and Juliet infatuation is mistaken for love by the both of them, for what they had between them was not love due to the fact that they were not mature enough, love takes time to develop, and because it was based on physical attraction. Love deals with more than just looks.…
The effect this has on the audience is that they want to see whether Romeo is caught so overall makes the scene much more intense. Teenage love is Shakespeare's way of making Romeo and Juliet fall in love so quickly and perhaps is the reason why the play is only four days long. And also that they were being reckless because they were young and never really stopped to think about what they were doing. Friar Lawrence: "Young men's love then lies Not truly in their hearts but in their eyes."…
