My Most Important Value: Respect
Explanation: Having respect is one of the most important values to have. When I first meet someone, I look for a kind and caring person who respect me for who I am. When I think about respect, I see someone who will show passion and caring for me. Someone who will listen to me and actually care about what I am saying. This habit about having the mindset that everyone can win. There should be no loser no matter what happens. It is about being able to respect everyone’s opinions. Having this mindset will help the group work together and be able to focus on what is the goal. I don’t think anyone should feel like I am pushing them down or that I am taking over. I think it is important to feel like everyone can accomplish something, so …show more content…

They never took the initiative to get the job done without asking a bunch of questions or wasting time. They would also never complete a task which also shows that they were not that interested in what they needed to accomplish. Since they had these mindsets, they were not able to complete tasks. This also means they did not have the win-win mindset since they didn’t care and didn’t think they could do
