1. What does pedagogy of listening now mean to you?
To me, pedagogy of listening means: listening children’s voice – what will they want to play from there I can build activity for developing their skills besides I give them opportunities for challenge and more importance fix with their abilities and ages.
Listening parent’s voice: - because I think parent is the best resource for me to work with their child, and listen what parent want to teach or develop their child but I explain to them about Australian curriculum. Show them my program. Usually connecting with parent by communicate, email, newsletter (every month or every term).
Listening staff: team work is importance in early learning centre so I respect and listen my colleagues. Discuss

Children:
- Every child is different about their knowledge and abilities.
- Children are impartial they always show what they feel and what they need.
Staff:
- Professional staff.
- Happy, respect, listening, cooperate together.
- How find out the child’s voice.
- How communicate with parent
- How they build their program for children

I have not reached my goals yet because I can’t control more than 10 children. My voice not loud and powerful enough.
My strategies follow children’s interest and voice to build my program how flexible with the children. Give them more opportunities to developing their skills
I will try working more with a big group with a loud voice.

5. What have you learned from this experience that you will take with you into your future roles as an educator?
More confidence to talk to children and parents.
Respect children, parent, and staff.
Cooperating with parent and staff.
Listening to children to find out their interest for building the program.
Remembering every child is different abilities so I need expecting with
