Patriotism to me means having good citizenship, bravery, sacrificing, and love. It is important to me because it shows that we should practice all of these things in our lives. They are all helpful in everyday life. We can learn how to be brave, be a good citizen, and love one another by putting others first. I believe that it will make our communities easier to live in rather than always worrying about racial divides and inequalities. McCain points outs “There are the ways, small, and large, we come together as one country, indivisible, with freedom and justice for all.” Countries should all get together to work for the freedom, and earn the justice for themselves and their country.
