What does “leadership” mean to me? Leadership is about pushing forward when everyone feels like giving up. I believe the best leaders knows the strength and weaknesses of his comrades, allowing him to use their strengths to work hard and to push forwards. To become a leader you need to lead by examples. You have to comfortable with making choices. This doesn’t mean you make all the choices. A leader is not afraid to listen to others. Great leaders guide others and never makes fun of others who doesn’t have that much of responsibilities and “power” to lead a group like himself. They don’t show off their “powers”, they use their powers to help others.
Everytime I hear the word “leadership”, I think of a friend. He makes a great leader.
