What Does It Means To Be An Effective Leader?

After the taking the assessment test, it became clear that although natural tendencies can be slightly influenced and accentuated, my goal should be to align intended legacies as closely with natural style as possible. And, as an aspiring broker, taking risks are an exception, and that, the keys to becoming an effective leader are knowledge, experience, practice, and learning from one’s mistakes. The choice of a certain definition depends mostly on the point of view of the person trying to determine effectiveness and on the constituents who are being considered. At the top of the ladder, the need is for people who are visionaries, planners, organizers, coordinates, communicators, morale builders, and motivators.
