Father, thank You that You make us courageous beyond our abilities. You promise to always be with us to guide us, direct us, comfort us and strengthen us. I pray that You will give my wife an extra measure of this assurance today. Help her be on her guard and stand firm in the faith (1 Corinthians 16:13). Father, You have not given my wife a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love, and of self-discipline. Do not let her be ashamed to testify about You by choosing to stand against evil (2 Timothy 1:7-8).

Father, when my wife deals with difficult people or situations, help her not be intimidated into silence or fear. Instead, make her strong and courageous, not fearing or being in dread of others. Remind her often that it is You with her and that You will never leave her or forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6). Help her stand and conduct herself in a manner worthy of the gospel, knowing that You will preserve her life no matter what is placed in her path. …show more content…
Help her trust You with all her heart and not lean on her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Do not let her grow discouraged. Instead make her willing to walk in ways that please You even when its hard. Remind her that You notice and that You reward Your faithful servant.
