What Does It Mean To Say That Ponyboy Is Missing?

A local school was having a picnic at when a nearby church caught fire, soon after the school’s teachers realized some of the children were missing. Faint screaming could be heard coming from the church. Two heroic boys, fourteen year old Ponyboy and sixteen year old Johnny knew they had to do something. Ponyboy smashed a window with a large rock and pulled himself in and Johnny followed. Seeing that the door was blocked by flames the boys pushed open a window and started tossing kids out. It was clear the roof was going to cave soon, despite being told to get out Ponyboy and Johnny save the last children. Witnesses say that Johnny pushed Ponyboy toward the window shouting to “get out”, as soon as Ponyboy escaped the whole roof caved in with
