First, kids will stay active while playing sports, especially competitive sports. You just have to know when you're being pressured to play the game/sport or if you're having fun. As a result, sports can keep kids active but they won’t feel pressured at the same time. Kids that aren’t pressured during sports relax more and stay healthier. Competitive sports allow kids to stay very active and healthy because they are either running or maybe even just stretching. Furthermore, kids will stay much healthier if they are having fun because they don’t feel pressured to keep pushing to do something.
