I do not believe that urban graffiti is a bad thing, in fact i believe that is is a way for people to express themselves if there is no other way that they can. “The Manchester artist didn't go to jail. This means that we are all equal and that no matter what, everyone is equal. In this case, A good street artist was not arrested, because his art was “good”, but another street artist was arrested because his art was “bad”. This, to me, does not show equality.Nobody should have to be put in jail for something that they probably thought was ok to do, because somebody else did this and did not get arrested. For example, in paragraph nine, they state “the city walls are transformed into a blank canvas for the highly successful annual NuArt festival.”. This could mean people really enjoy just to even look at the art that other people have
