What Does It Mean To Have An Individual's Identity?

I am going to try answer an intellectual question: What does it mean to have an identity? And what create it? I believe that identity is who we are as an individual. It embodies our unique personas. Identity is shaped by these factors: geological factor, cultural factor, parental factor and personal experiences. All these have a hand in shaping one’s identity. Geological factor: where an individual was born and where they live. Cultural factors: what culture and religion that individual was accustomed to their whole life. Parental factor: parents have a great deal of power when it comes to creating a base and slowly shaping an individual’s in their early age.
Personal experiences: this factor has a vital role in shaping and individual’s identity.
