Today we live, breathe, eat and digest this fruit called information technology. Our everyday lives are all about being human, but it is starting to lack human use. About a year ago I attempted to go an entire day with limited use of technology. I can’t say that I failed, but the day did not yield the desired success that I had hoped for. Never oblivious about my lifestyle, I wake every morning by my biological clock between 4:30 and 4:50 am and a digital alarm clock set for 5:00 am, I work out for an hour or more, shower, dress and off to work. Unfortunately, most of the population will continue to fall short when it comes to cyber security. It is OK to engage in the comforts of technology, but the same amount of time that we put in learning how to use it is the same amount of time we need to invest in protecting it.
