I feel that as a person I am very great at understanding the individual feelings of others. Ever since I was young I have showed concern for others. Regardless if it was a problem at school , at home or with friends. I have always figured if I could help others the world would be a much happier place. I feel that as I have grown older I have become more empathetic. I have realized more concerns people have had and made sure I had a proper solution to their concerns. Throughout life I have experienced people that needed to know that someone would be there for them through the good and the bad, the thick and the thin. Society today has made it very hard for people to show any form of sensitivity. Sensitivity is look upon as weakness and the last thing people want to look is weak. I feel that sensitivity is a very big aspect in becoming close to someone cause it helps you learn more about them. At the end of the day empathy is important to me because I think everyone should know that their problems aren't pointless and that more people are concerned about them then they think. Rachel and I are much alike in our thoughts and core values. I feel we both share the same compassion about caring for people. I feel that Rachel and I both know that there is bad in the world but want to look for the good in others.
