Whether a person is interested in the commercial or not, the simple lyrics to the song would be stuck in their mind for their whole day. Music is another technique of gaining sales, especially when you use a puppy or dog to sing the song. Whenever a person sings the memorable lyrics, they are also advertising their product, unaware. For an example, there are two pet owners in aisle 5 inside a pet store-pet owner 1 and pet owner 2. Pet owner 1 randomly starts singing the K9 Advantix song while pet owner 2 is deciding on which fleas and ticks medication they should buy. For example, the author of this commercial obviously thinks that Charmin is the number one brand for toilet paper. That is all an opinion though because everybody has different tastes. Since the author believes that Charmin is the best toilet paper around, it must also mean that the author believes that it is the softest and longest lasting toilet paper. Another appeal that is used is pathos. The bears set off an emotional aspect that gets the audience to watch the commercial.…

Rhetorical Analysis When one thinks of a commercial for an animal shelter, they probably picture monochromatic footage of a forlorn dog, wistfully gazing out from their metal confines onto a sea of animals equally as miserable as they are. Maybe a marginally popular vocalist makes a cameo in order to provide a few brief anecdotes about the progress that the animals have made since their days of suffering, and maybe the commercial closes with a montage of more animals as a somber ballad by the aforementioned vocalist plays over the footage. However, this commercial that you maybe have seen before is nothing like FurKids’ “Kitty Kommercial”, a low-budget advertisement that, without surprise, went viral and earned FurKids the fame of being the…

This ad lacks logos because it provides no factual evidence behind the ads main claim; however, the rhetorical appeal that is used the most is pathos, the appeal to emotion. The music in the background is a key factor in provoking emotion from the audience, it makes them stop whatever they were doing and look up at the TV. At the start of the ad, the first sound that is heard is birds chirping however soon after, as the animal factories are being built, the music holds a very depressing and sorrowful tone. This sudden change of sound already has grasped the audience's attention without even seeing the ad yet, simply by listening to the sounds. Next the ad shows the building of the animal factories and slowly it escalates from a small house for one pig to a city of factories and roads that overtake the concept of nature.…

It’s really good food for dogs.” Then the advertisement goes on to say a catchy quote, “The tasty stuff dogs love, the healthy stuff they need.” The advertisement strives to ensure readers that Pedigree is a trustworthy product.…
