What Does Curley's Wife Dream

Curley’s wife dream was to be an actress. “I tell you ain’t used to living like this. I coulda made somethin’ of myself.” (88). This when Curley’s wife was telling Lennie how if she did not want to marry Curley and live on the ranch, she could have become an actress. This is also showing, how she does not like Curley, “Well, ain’t told this to nobody before. Maybe I ought to. I don’t like Curley. He ain’t a nice fella .”(89). Her dream is destroyed when she marries Curley and the later when she is killed by the hands of Lennie.
Curley’s wife affects other aspects of the novella, is when she dies. “You God damn tramp, you done it, di’n’t you? I s’pose you’re glad. Ever’body knew you’d mess things up. You wasn’t no good. You ain’t no good now,
