What Does Anne Frank Mean To Me

What I believe “Anne Frank's: Diary of a Young Girl” means to me is that the Diary isn't all that great, what I'm trying to prove here is that people are saying Anne Frank's Diary is wonderful book of magnificent writing and literature. Although what I insist on believing is that Anne Frank’s Diary is not all that great but not all that bad it's just a simple ordinary book to pass the time, but has a deeper meaning to the situation the characters are going through.
When I read the book I thought, “This seems like an interesting book.” In addition to my claim the Diary was interesting at some entries and some specific moments but others were about what the characters were doing in the attic. Now that I think of it Anne Frank’s Diary isn't great because she died in the end or because it's great creative writing it interests me because of what she went through during the Holocaust. Now I'm not saying she had it the worst it's just that Anne Frank had some circumstances that most people wouldn't agree to live in that time period so Anne’s Diary interested me in what happened to people who were in hiding.

For example a critic, Dana Sachs, said “Elie Wiesel’s novel, like Anne Frank’s Diary, has a plainness to its prose. Neither is great literature. They lack the descriptive style that makes a scene come alive.” Also another critic stated, “ I had viewed her book as the innocent and spontaneous outpourings of a teenager.” These comments I almost agree with them, I only agree to the Diary it had some plainness and I do agree that the Diary is outpourings of a teenager. It's just that they dig really deep into what they think the book is to them rather than what the book is actually

Parts of the diary were intended for public view, but others clearly were not. To appreciate and interpret the diary, it is necessary to consider its horrible context, World War II and the Holocaust, before any discussion of plot development or thematic content. A famous quote from Anne Frank is “I keep my ideals, because in spite of everything I still believe that people are really good at heart.” which is very inspiring considering what happened to her.…
