This life threatening chronic disease should push the people of American to have learn more about preventing the problem of obesity and keeping ourselves away from the affects that this can have on us. “saving lives, protecting people” that is the motto used by the center for disease control and prevention. The centers for dieses control and prevention explains that obesity not only occurs in adult life but can also vary in all age groups. Childhood obesity has similar effects to those adults that are obese. in 2011-14 children 2-19 is about 17 percent obese and it affects 12.7 million children.
