One main reason why labeling foods should be a law is so we could know how many calories our foods have. It's best if we know especially if we are people who workout. I know this because it states,"Healthy people are happier and more productive. One part of the healthy person equation is, of course fitness, and that is clearly good for the individual." Which means that the people who workout should be able to know how much fat they putting into their bodies. If all the food was not labeled then how would you know precisely know how much your gaining and if the food you eat healthy or not. I know this because it states,"The U.S. government agrees that restaurant meals should be labeled. It is part of the Affordable Care act of 2010." Which means that the government agrees and wants people to label the foods. It also states, "Eating out is on the rise." Which means that lots of people are starting to eat out daily. It's not so healthy if you eat out almost everyday because of all the calories the food
