Despite the monotheistic religions, Hinduism has millions of gods they worship, but Buddhism isn’t seen as a religion but as a way of life, and Buddha is not seen as a god but a man who found Enlightenment and became an idol because of it. Hinduism has no set founder which may be a result of having millions of gods, and because of that, Hinduism’s structure is the simplest with no highest God, no direct revelations from God (ex: The Bible in Christianity), and no real set of commandments.
Only the monotheistic religions have an actual afterlife, and even though Hinduism and Buddhism both believe in reincarnation, Hinduism has no achievement towards a set “after-life”. Even though Buddhists can eventually achieve Nirvana, it is not the same as Christianity’s Heaven where there is a fellowship with God. Nirvana is just seen as a state without pain or suffering.
Despite the difference of beliefs amongst these major religious groups, each one interacts and works together in the world to make Earth an even more diverse, accepting place. Everyone can choose which religion where they feel like they best belong, and once they choose, those of the same religion as them accept them in and help them achieve their religious goals. Whether monotheistic or polytheistic, Heaven or Nirvana, God or no God, they all cooperate and work together to make our world a better
