When developing a differentiated nursing practice in a hospital I will have 3 different levels of help. I will have BSNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Certification education:
These levels are based on their certificate and level of education. The BSNs will have a four year degree. The BSNs will delegate tasks to the LPNs and CNAs. The LPNs will have a two year degree. They will help the nurse with things like passing medications, and doing dressing changes. That way the BSNs can have time to do other cares like assessing and teaching. Those are tasks that the LPN is not able to do. The CNA will take a course that is around four to six weeks. They can do cares like take blood pressures and get weights.
Pay:
The BSNs will get the most amount of
