Twitter is one of the biggest companies in social network communication websites around the world. But this success didn’t come straightway; it took a long journey to reach where it has reached today. Back we go to the year 2006, and to be exact in March 2006 when twitter was founded. The idea of twitter came from Jack Dorsey; he had an idea of sending SMS messages from one person to many people. Later on, Jack Dorsey introduced the idea to the employees of the podcasting company Odeo; Noah Glass, Biz Stone, and Evan Williams (Parson, Branch, Burkholder, Cochran, & Marrero, 2013).
