What Are The Similarities Between The Halloween And Day Of The Dead

Halloween and Day of the Dead have many things in common and I believe that the two holidays are more similar than different. The two holidays are alike in the ways that in both you have to dress up in costumes, they both have the colors orange and black as the main colors in the holiday celebrations, and that they eat sweets and candy during this holiday.

The Day of the Dead and Halloween are similar in the fact that in both holidays people dress up in costumes. In Day or the Dead they dress up in skeletons and sugar skulls to support and recognize their ancestors that passed away. And in Halloween people dress up in whatever they want to be and go around and knock on people’s door and say “Trick or Treat,” and people give them candy. This
