Some people in Gatsby’s time and now were born into their money.Wealth in America was booming in the 20s. More people moved to the city and everything was bigger and better.The Government started helping those in poverty in the 2010s. Also economic crises started happening.The 1920’s and now are similar because in the 20’s there was more parties and everyone seemed wealthier and happier. They are different because the economic situations in both times were unalike.
