This child soldiers argument has been going on for awhile. Some people think they did not do any harm. The recruiters of child soldiers use drugs and alcohol to make the children more compliant and to enable them to commit acts they would not ordinarily commit. They use those drugs and alcohol to manipulate the minds of the children. The children can not withhold the drugs like adults or older people can.
