When I began conducting this research I was quick to discover my gap because no other source mentioned to what degree the implemented programs in any country was beneficial to incoming asylum-seekers. On the other hand, the majority of normal source, peer-reviewed articles, and books vastly discussed the cons of refugees and having to take refugees in. What host nations do not realize is the prospect of a possible brain gain.
It is well known by now that the majority of asylum-seekers fleeing from conflict are highly qualified individuals who were respectable figures in their society, but due to translation errors in the move to their host nation many of them are forced to find other jobs and any possible means to support their family in this

Which can cause stress and annoyance within both parties and make the re-settling and starting over process a whole lot harder. In order to develop a better education and assimilation system for incoming refugees, the U.S., the U.K., and Australia have to become more lenient and allow more people. These nations have to be willing to take the next step forward with the refugees by hosting classes and training and proper education for teachers, administrators, and counselors so that they are better prepared to handle any situation with a refugee youth as well as be able to sympathize with what they have been through. In addition, to make sure these children are getting an equal opportunity at their education like all the other students, it is a must that placement level and language tests be conducted so that students can be prepared in manners that best suit them, regardless of if they have to be put in a class that is below them. It is possible to avoid this situation by training and opening up summer programs that aid students to catch up with whatever it is they need assistance in. I chose an article called "The American Way of Refuge", written by Kori N. Schake and it was published in January of 2016 by the Hoover Institution. Mrs. Schake establishes that America should accept more Syrian refugees for various reasons by using strong examples to appeal to her audience. Schake has written this particular article to appeal to all American voters in an effort to gain more support and agreement with her claim. Also, in the article, she suggests that Americans are acting as bystanders in the horrific Syrian crisis, instead of utilizing one of this country's best advantages, which is the ability to accept and assist refugees. Schake’s credibility is proven strong in this example.…

The right to social security and public assistance is available to refugees both under 1951 Refugee Convention and the international human rights law. Article 23 of 1951 Refugee Convention provides that: “The Contracting States shall accord to refugees lawfully staying in their territory the same treatment with respect to public relief…
