In the past, children used to play outside riding bikes, playing sports, hanging out with friends, and it was all under the supervision of parents. Those games were nature-based and simple. To change and reduce the risks of causing negative effects on children is to make them have human connections, exposure to nature, and make children play outside activities such as sports. Making children go outside doing physical activities will make them set their minds off technology and help them get some fresh air.
