Being addicted to social media can bring on many downsides to a person 's life. For instance, it can be very hurtful to the grades of young kids. Instead of studying and figuring out their school assignments, young people will be spending a majority of their time on social media. This can really cause their grades to plummet. Social media even affects older people in the way that it hurts their ability to function properly at their jobs.
