2.2 Analysis
There is a strong analytical and problem solving component for any job, and while it is important that one adequate analysis and research, it is more important that one draws conclusions. These conclusions are what can start the next process, or even change an entire direction that a company is going. For example, a graph and report says far more than an Excel workbook filled with complex worksheets for nearly everyone. In fact, studies have shown that visuals lead to a significant statistical difference of up to a 1.5 times in comprehension (Kernbach, Eppler, Bresciani, 175).

3.1 Willingness to Learn
With employees hailing from different disciplines, it is natural that their skill sets and abilities vary significantly. While it is important to plan out and distribute workload or tasks carefully, learning is a lifelong process. There is sometimes a hesitance to pick up a new skill of a different nature and what this can eventually result in is a fragmented team where a great deal of time and effort has to spent on constantly explaining things. On a similar vein, the lack of a desire to learn more in a rapidly changing technological industry can also lead a general apathy to improvement.
