Around the world, companies work on developing its policy through increasing the number of different resources that enable these companies to progress . The language may be thing that keeps the companies go forward , so the language which will be chosen is absolutely very famous and useful in the earth . It can be clearly said that English is the most popular language that rely on business . However, the majority of industrialised countries that have largest complexes depend on English . Even though , English is not the mother tongue in these countries . Taking an example for long policy company in Oman , probably a set of high- end oil companies have a conditions and requirements for employment , one of these conditions is having strong English accent .

There are some cases that make the engineers thinking about giving up their job which are pressure and lack of proficiency in the official language. Another engineer said “ my work must be done in short time but it takes more than half a day to be completed in English if I had done the task in my native language , it would has been finished within two hours .
