According to Kruse (2013), there are four primary drivers of engagement: Trust, Communication, Growth and Recognition. Throughout the test there are 19 statements that have five possible answers ranging from strongly Agree to strongly disagree. A high engagement level is 4 or higher, having a 4.67 I have a high emotional commitment to my job. Trust and growth were my highest rated engagement drivers. I enjoy feeling as though I am learning something from my career and I am the most engaged when I am confident in my leadership.
