Analysis My analysis is that since change management has various components, it is pertinent that they are considered during a change management process. Some of the components will be briefly mentioned below:
 Readiness: This is being able to assess an organization’s readiness to change. Assessing readiness takes into consideration the hospital’s assessment, employee assessment, and even change assessment. By doing this, one will assess the groups that will be greatly affected by the change, how much of the change has already started and what sort of resistance can be expected, and from who (“Change Management Process / Prosci,” n.d).
 Communication: Like I explained initially, communication is key in change management but it does not end

However, if the resistance gets too persistent, then the change process can be threatened.
 Feedbacks: Getting employee feedback is a vital part of the change management process. Change management is a two-way street; thus, employees and change managers need to work hand in hand, not against each other (“Change Management Process / Prosci,” n.d).
After analyzing some of the components of change management, there still exist some changes issues that are still facing the hospital. These are the separate issues that come up during the change management process. Issues like accountability, inconsistent quality work, no connection between the training given and the results gotten, not being focused, conflicts of personality, bad communication, non-cooperating team, time management, work ethics, to mention but a few. When all these issues are discovered, an organizational assessment should be done.
Nevertheless, some of the motives for the change in Intravalley Hospital are as follows:

For the electronic health record, since its inception, there is an improvement in patient care. A doctor and a patient can easily have access to the medical record needed, even from a remote location (Thakkar & Davis, 2006). The EHR has applications that set alert and reminders about important needed or recommended tests for the patients, and appointments can be scheduled electronically. The EHR also have interconnections with laboratories, pharmacies, and other EHRs. Since its inception, EHRs has helped in reducing the need to fill out lots of forms at each doctor’s visit, and it also makes patients active participant in their own healthcare.
