That means it is problem for solving power, without it is our ancestors would not have survived. Every challenge of the future will need to be handled creatively.

What are the characteristics of a spiritual culture?
The concept of workplace spirituality draws on our previous discussions of values, ethics, motivation, and leadership. What differentiates spiritual of organization from their non- spiritual counterparts? Although research remain preliminary several culture characteristics tend to be evidence in spiritual in organization.
1) Benevolence.
• Spiritual organization value showings kindness towards others and promoting the happiness of employees and others organizational stakeholders.
2) Strong sense of purpose
• Spiritual organization in build their cultures around the meaningful purpose. Although profits may be important, they are not the primary value of the organization.
3) Trust and respect
• Spiritual organizations are characterized by mutual trust, honestly, and openness. Employee are treated with esteem and value, consistent with the dignity of each individual.
4) Open-mindedness
• Spiritual organizations value flexible thinking and creativity among employees.
