Raising the driving age is an essential obvious choice. Teenagers are scientifically not fully developed at the age of 18. We're still children. Why is it that you have to be an adult to drink an alcoholic beverage but a child can steer a thousand pound metal catastrophe in the making. Teenagers run on hormonally rash emotions, they're stereotypical known for it. That impulsive drive could drive themselves and others into the grave.As a teenager myself, I don't think I'm mentally mature enough to take on the highway. So realistically,the driving age limit should be raised to at the very least 21 to keep everyone, including teenagers,
