The article discussed extreme work challenges to residents of Huston, Texas after a catastrophic hurricane. Hurricane Harvey disrupted the lives of employers and employees of several companies like Exxon Mobil, Occidental Petroleum, Covestro, etc., to extreme flooding. Due to this unforeseen matter, employers have willingly reached out to their employees providing them assistance. The benefits with assisting employees with hurricane damages has shown a positive reinforcement to both the employer and employee. Employers went above and beyond to check the status of employees during the horrible aftermath of hurricane Harvey. Benefits such as living assistance, supplies, loans/grants, and individual phone calls checking on their well beings.
