What Are The 3 Career Goals In Nursing

My first career goal is to complete a program of nursing so that I can develop the necessary skills and competence that will help me serve in the nursing field. The nursing program will also equip me with priceless knowledge essential for a successful career in nursing. My second career goal is to be employed after the nursing program. The third career goal that I have is will be to practice my profession for one to two years and then identify a fulfilling area of specialization. I would use the first and second years to hone the nursing skills and knowledge I gained at school after which I will focus on specializing. It is my commitment to stay current on health care issues through progressive education and joining relevant organizations.
