Shaquille O’Neal has many awards in the NBA. Did you know that he has 4 championships and 1 MVP? Shaquille O’Neal has made many amazing accomplishments in his life. Some include leading his high school to their best season in history, attending a great college, and being one of the best centers in NBA history! In his NBA career, he played for many different teams. He had many other accomplishments besides the NBA, though. Some other great things he's done include, donating millions of dollars to charities across the country, having his own restaurant, and being very educated. After that, he finished out with the Heat and played single seasons with the Celtics, Suns, and Cavaliers. But his old body got injured a lot which put an end to his basketball career, and on June 2, 2011, he hung up his giant shoes and retired from the NBA. In Shaq’s recent years, Shaq has done tons of amazing things, he has his own restaurant called Shaquille’s in Los Angeles, California. Also, he is a reserve police officer, which means he is a volunteer, but he has all the same training as a real police officer. He has also done things like being an NBA analyst and being on the NBA talk show. But, surprisingly enough, even with being a great basketball player, Shaq is very smart and has his doctorate degree. Shaq is still alive to this day and he is still living a great life being on the NBA talk show, being an analyst, and making a good amount of money. Even if Shaq didn’t have such a successful basketball career, he might still be well known for all of the other great stuff he has done, like, donating to people in need and being a very educated and kind person.
