What are performance drugs? Performance drugs also known as, PED are substances that are used to improve any form of activity performance in humans. Doping drugs are banned from being used in bodybuilding and athletic sports. When you participate in these type of activities professionally, you are drug tested regularly. Anabolic drug will build up your muscles, types of these drugs include steroids and hormones. Gene doping is a medicated gene transfer, this type of doping method isn't supposed to be current anymore as of April 2015. Blood boosters increase your oxygen carrying captivity of blood beyond the body's natural captivity. These types of dopers range from over the counter to prescription narcotics. Human biomolecules affects the body's composition when supplemented. Those are just a few examples of performance drugs and the affects they have on the human body. Usually when using performance drugs it is used in reference with anabolic steroids.
