Key stone habits are big things that influence the way that we spend our daily lives. These habits are more important than our other habits because they can make a change that can start a chain reaction. Key stone habits explain that " Success doesn't depend on getting every single thing right, but instead relies on identifying a few key priorities and fashioning them into powerful levers"(Duhigg 100-101). This explains that change has to begin from something that will make a difference to help other priorities change. Small wins are wins that "fuel trans formative changes by leveraging tiny advantages into patterns that convince people that bigger achievements are within reach" (Duhigg 112). These wins help lead to bigger things even though,
