What Are Judgements Affect People's False Perception?

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to free themselves from the way they are perceived; they must create a new identity for themselves apart from how they are perceived by their peers. They must explain why they need to overcome these false perceptions in order to live their lives as they see fit.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people deserve to be free from judgement. We are often forced to live the way others perceive us. Others judge us falsely out of jealousy, anger and ignorance. Judgement can be positive or negative, but either if unreasonable, presents an unnecessary stress that we must face. Judgements offer harsh assumptions that cause people to rethink the lives that they have led.
Even positive judgement causes anxiety and stress to keep the positive image that others see.
Judgements force me to try to live up to higher standards.

People are bullied for weight and many resort to rigorous training and dieting to try and be thinner even if it is unhealthy.
Many young girls suffer from judgement on the way they look and how much they weigh. To deal with these problems, they coat themselves in makeup so that you can no longer see who they truly are. Others resort to eating disorders and dangerous habits to keep their weight to an unhealthy
