Most of the attention has gone to children and adults who are underweight, and not much has been done about children or adults who are overweight. Consequently, overweight and underweight children and adults are a problem for today’s society. People judge others not knowing that they are sick. To lose weight you need hard work and dedication. Many think that losing weight is for a short period of time, but little do they know that if they want to lose weight they have to do at least 60 minutes of exercise every day.
