1984, Orwell describes his prediction of what the world will be like during this time. The
Afterword to 1984 states that the novel is a warning to the near future and that human qualities will become lost and people will become unaware of it. Most of Orwell’s predictions have come true during these past years. The world today is slowly becoming Orwell’s predictions from the book, 1984.

This will result to them as being blindsided to how much power the government is obtaining. Children, today, are becoming so advance in technology that they will soon be unaware of how dangerous it can be to both the parent and the child.
A child being introduced to technology at an early age is becoming dangerous to both the parent and the child. Most of Orwell’s prediction is occurring in this very moment. Others believe that Orwell’s predictions are just beliefs and not coming true. For example, in the book, the party would change their countries history to persuade the people that the party is there to support them and not harm them. That what they are doing is for the best of their people. The government, today, is proud of their history and what they have accomplished over the years.
They are not ashamed of what has happened in the past and they share the true facts that have happened in schools and in libraries for the people’s needs.
The government does provide facts about the past, but they do not share this information truthfully. In history books, they make America seem like it’s the more superior country. All
