Eryn excels at being friendly, open minded, a people person and being a good listener. Her weaknesses are being shy and not being completely open with people. Lakeshia excels at being a good team player, having respect for others, finding research, and being a good listener. Her weaknesses are writing papers and time management. The places that I excel at ate time management, writing and proofreading assignments. My weakness with in a group setting can be challenging sometimes due to my hearing loss and I’m not that creative. Thus, I mostly like to stay in the background.
