No two people are alike and that means that no two students are alike either. As an educator you have to be able respond and adapt accordingly and quickly to behavior that occurs in the classroom. A teacher needs to understand that while some students come to school to learn and make a life for themselves, others only come to school because they have to do so by law. Teachers cannot expect to have a class where every learner is able to thrive in a learning environment. Teachers have to use all different kinds of instructional techniques to make sure that all the students learn the material and become successful in any endeavor they chose.

This is to create a positive learning home environment and to encourage students. A teacher is the reason that knowledge is transferred from one mind to the next. A teacher may teach a simple science lesson and inspire the next doctor. A teacher may present a student with a simple math assignment and through that they have inspired the next engineer. Teachers not only impact the lives of their students through content, but they also impact their future as well. However, if parents aren’t offering the same inspiration for the student these dreams can easily be lost. Parents need to be a role model for learning. They need to pay attention to what their child is showing interest in and show interest back. If a student is show support in the classroom and at home the possibilities are endless for what they are able to achieve. Education is there to make significant impacts on students ' lives. Those students go out into the world and impact others. Education is crucial for communities to be successful, and it impacts them daily. The good is put into the minds of the people through education,successful instructional techniques,and the support they receive at how. All these elements work together and these small impacts can make the world a better better place for all those
