What Are Athletes Avoid Eating Disorders?

Examined here is the nutritional needs for athletes and how they differ in men and women. Different sports also require different amounts of calorie intake and differ upon what kinds of food should be eaten. Another consideration examined is depending on the sport; there are weight restrictions and qualifications. All of these factors contribute to the food an athlete consumes, however, they also contribute to athletes taking drugs to enhance performance. Athletes from high school to professional sports have come into the spotlight in recent years regarding dietary supplements and drugs they may be taking, in addition to eating disorders they may be suffering from.
One important aspect to examine when looking at athletic food culture is the difference for each sport. For example, some sports classify athletes into different weight classes. These sports, such as wrestling and weightlifting, will have different needs than sports like football and basketball. All professional sports organizations in America have strict guidelines about the use of drugs in their athletes. However, the problem is still relevant. Examined here is the use of different kinds of substances, ranging from dietary supplements, vitamins, caffeine, and illegal drugs. Many use these substances to increase athletic performance. However, terrible health problems can arise from the use of these substances.
Athletes, at different levels, have recently been dealing with athletes taking dietary supplements and drugs effecting their overall health. There are different nutritional needs for different athletes, depending on the sport and gender.
