What I do understand through agreed ways of working, is exactly how I will work. It is important to know what is expected of me in my role and in turn what to expect from others. There are agreed ways working I have with my employer, also, with service users. We agreed ways of working for handling information, which incorporate various pieces of legislation as well as best practice. This would be policies and procedures of the Home, and the importance of keeping legible, accurate, complete and up-to-date records, ensuring the security of access to records and reports, according to legal and Home’s procedures.
