Truman, the 33rd president of the United States. America is undefinable. It can mean so many different things to so many different people. This is what America means to one person. But let me tell you what America means to me. When I think of America, I think of fighting for what you believe in; standing up for what is right, even if you’re standing alone. When America comes to mind, I think of immigrants; people coming to a new land with dreams for better. Something that really makes America stand out is it’s liberty and the freedoms it has to offer. America can mean so many things, but to me personally, it means fighting for what you believe in, the dream and spirit of immigrants, and our country’s liberty. Throughout America’s history, fighting for what you believe in is quite a prevalent theme.
