Chuck, Yesterday Electrocon received a request from Jacob Lien of Ulteig for support in conjunction with work being done for Rochester Public Utilities. In reviewing your account, we believe there may be a violation of the CAPE license agreement occurring regarding the use of your CAPE license by a third-party. Your agreement does not allow your non-employee consultants to use CAPE outside your own premises. If Jacob is working at your office, there is no violation. If he is working outside of your facility, then Ulteig will need to acquire their own license for CAPE or Rochester Public Utilities will need to add Consulting Rights to your maintenance agreement.…

Amber, I think there is a misunderstanding/confusion on the agreed process, which it has not been implemented yet. If you might recall from our meeting, I stated that by August 1, I will create a new tracking file to capture (year out) the supplier transition plan for procurement led sourcing initiatives and critical VO initiatives (managed by Vito Biundo). In order to do this, I would use our sourcing calendar and the packaging engineering VO list. From a process perspective, the VO list is updated on a monthly basis by the packaging engineering group and the sourcing calendar by my team. To Bethany’s point, I have instructed my team to help Vito keep this list as updated as possible.…

    1. The information I gained from the two videos is safety and the fear of their families and society not being acceptable of their lifestyle (Line, 2015) (Maddux, 2012). As well as the safety of their children because it impacts their lives as well because peers and others will make inappropriate comments about the lifestyle of their parents, which is why Charlotte is so concern about the children well-being. The video also clarifies why it is so difficult for elderly as well as teens to come out about their lifestyle in LBGT community because they do not want to be judged by others or called incongruous names for who they choose to have as a partner. Also, the case states how it is difficult for Mrs. Charlotte to find a job even after her great work ethic and her completion of the culinary training program and in the elderly video it stays how being LBGT was frowned upon back in the day and the same situation is going on with Mrs. Charlotte and her friends in this case.…

Determining the strength of a nursing research study is a critical process that enhances the implementation of evidence-based practice. Determining the strength of a nursing research study ensures that the empirical knowledge developed through nursing research is useful in improving nursing care, the system of healthcare delivery, and patient outcomes. Additionally, nurses should use research findings when making clinical decisions on the best practice to use in order to deliver healthcare services that ensure all the patients receive safe and quality care (Melnyk et al. 2014). Therefore, determining the strength of a nursing research study helps to ensure the evidence is credible (valid and reliable) and is appropriate if incorporated into clinical practice.…

When it comes to determining what age a child can understand the difference between right and wrong, I think it is determined by the individual child and the way they were raised. In general, I think a child as young as 6 or 7 can fully understand the difference between right and wrong. However, I do not think at that age they understand the consequences of their actions, therefore they should not be held accountable for their actions. Just because a child knows the difference between right and wrong, I think they lack mens rea. A developing mind is not complete until around age 25.…

I will describe strategies used for implementation of change in evidence based practice; discuss the influences that are changing health care culture including current issues and trends, and compare the nursing work group culture with other organizational cultures. An important part of the nursing leader role is to influence the culture and climate in the department (Huber, 2014). Nurse leaders must have an accurate understanding of the culture and climate of their unit to be able to implement change effectively. A leader needs to create a vision that encourages and inspires nurses to take part in the evidence based change.…

Administration such as Senator Stephenson must immediately send innocent children to the office for this ridiculous blue-coated “Dress-code Violation” attire and pressing suspension to those who wish not to humiliate and embarrass themselves throughout the school day. I say it is downright deliberate intent to embarrass every student in every way possible by their operation of throwing the “Blue Suit” upon us. But certainly, from here on out, Westlake High School Dress-code shall no longer be enforced. We, students of Westlake High School now consider ourselves free to wear as we wish. He has refused to pass other laws on how teachers shouldn’t loosely teach us students without the intent of us learning something, yet he’d rather enforce something less important in a school atmosphere; an interrupted right to wear what we solemnly desire to express ourselves.…
