Yesterday Electrocon received a request from Jacob Lien of Ulteig for support in conjunction with work being done for Rochester Public Utilities. In reviewing your account, we believe there may be a violation of the CAPE license agreement occurring regarding the use of your CAPE license by a third-party.

Your agreement does not allow your non-employee consultants to use CAPE outside your own premises. If Jacob is working at your office, there is no violation. If he is working outside of your facility, then Ulteig will need to acquire their own license for CAPE or Rochester Public Utilities will need to add Consulting Rights to your maintenance agreement.

Consulting Rights allows non-employer contractors to use your license outside
