This is where I hope to explain where I’m coming from and where I hope for you to understand where I wish to be headed.

This is the perspective of a senior; an absolutely glamorous time in life. It's an alarming thought that my high school career has brought me to this point as I search my mind for the correct words to advise you and my fingers tap away at my small keyboard. I'm supposed to give advice and guidance to the future graduates of our beloved Quincy High School, but there's little I can give that can be completely relatable to all. For example, I was raised by a single father, am a part-time cashier, and can barely figure out how the Pythagorean theorem will actually affect my adult life.…

The three most amazing things in this world to me are thrilling feelings, being a part of a team, and learning something new every day so that I may constantly expand my knowledge. At ten years old, every weekend I would race down the stairs at seven o’clock in the morning because I knew that an Animal Planet “Emergency Vets” marathon would be waiting for me.
